At Soleil Jewels we provides fast and reliable shipping to our shipping destinations. We offer international shipping to over 150 countries. We provide free carrier services to Singapore. For all international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. Your order will be securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office

Your order will only be shipped after it passes our quality inspection. All of our jewellery and diamond rings will be shipped in two to four weeks, depending on the availability and design. If you require your jewellery or diamond ring to be shipped at an earlier date, please contact us at

Uses only FedEx International Priority services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages

Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address

Disallows delivery to P.O Box addresses

Requires an adult to sign for the package

Allows for an alternative shipping address


If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +65 92973539. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Soleil Jewels. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order. Soleil will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

For international shipping to over 150 countries. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

international customers who do not have a chance to view our Jewelry and rings
to shop with ease. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with
your order, you may return it within the first 14 days of shipment for a full
refund or exchange. For return item(s), you will only pay for return shipping
and insurance fees. To return an item, simply email or call us and we’ll
provide you the necessary procedures.
